Creating a good cupcake brand

Months have past since my last blog. I've been busy with things, also trying to experiment on what are the best cupcakes that I can sell and maybe run a small at-home cupcake business that will be providing  cupcake give-away's for special occasions such as birthday parties, weddings and other special occasions. Also, I am planning to add a DYC (Decorate Your own Cupcake) bar that can serve as an additional party event for special occasions, in which especially a fun activity for children's birthdays.

Some 30+ cupcakes for the Birthday cake table.

Just this month, I had to provide about 50 cupcakes for my niece's 6th birthday party (check out pics). Everything worked out beautiful. It was pretty tiring but all the effort was paid off.

Kids around the Birthday table.

At the party, the guests enjoyed the cupcakes I provided for the buffet table. every single cupcake was actually either eaten that day of taken home for the kids.

Somehow, this could be a good start. Now, I'm experimenting on the flavors. Hopefully I will be able to have more than a dozen flavors in my menu.
