I found a whole lot of food blogs raving about Happy Lemon in Greenhills. I became so curious about it that I told myself that if I were in the Greenhills vicinity, I would pass by and check out what these people are talking about. Finally got an opportunity to step into the store and check out what it is all about.
Found at the ground floor of the Promenade (just beside Starbucks), you'll find Happy Lemon. A beverage hangout that began in Hong Kong a few years back. The place is just quaint and nice to hangout with friends. Their drink have a lot of variants. Start of with the Lemon Series with Lemon Peppermint with Nata de Coco and Lemon Yogurt with Aloe as their best sellers.
The Rock Salt Cheese Group was pretty unique. Their best seller is the Green Tea with Rock Salt (Green Rock Salt) and Cheese.

At first I found it to be a weird combination, but I loved the strong taste of the Green Tea and the Green Rock Salt really complimented the taste of the tea. I would say it was very flavorful and just the right flavor and combination of all the ingredients.
I also scanned their menu while waiting for my drink. I may have to come back often to try their other best sellers like their Milk Tea with Black Pearl Sago, Roasted Milk Tea with Pearl Sago, Crispy Cocoa Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Jelly, Lemon Yakult, Crispy Cocoa Match with Brown Sugar Jelly and the Yakult Green Tea.With drinks ranging in sizes (small, medium, large) as well as prices (Php 65.00 - Php 110.00 depending on the size and kind of drink) who would not come back for more. Til next time!
Ciao!
